Bridging Social Distancing Part 1: Offsetting Social Pressure ~

Offsetting Social Pressure is a 4-hour recorded event and is the 1st Part of a 3-Part Series exploring ways to strengthen our energy fields and to use CNG (Common Neutral Ground) to authentically connect and deepen our relationships. The overall problem about co-dependence is that we never see our part in creating the situation with its polarities. We feel justified in acting out our pain, anger and resentment not realizing how much our behavior and motivations are based on a childhood belief. The choice seems to be between our partner’s disagreeable option and our own defensive protection reaction. Co-dependent individuals always make this trade off by reacting, falsely believing that they have to compromise themselves to have a relationship. Common Neutral Ground is a technique for creating autonomous connections where partners and friends cannot manipulate us. The more we know and accept ourselves as contributors in the world, the less we need to prove it. This is why, in conscious relationships, individuals create a transpersonal space for each relationship. Simultaneously, we affirm our personal space so we can always be connected to our life, light and love. We first need to acknowledge the fullness of our creative being to be able to see others in their gifts. Classes may be purchased as a series or individually and includes a live Webinar, Pdfs of the class slides, and video and audio recordings. With Larry Byram and Sandy Jaquith.

Bridging Social Distancing Part 2: Making Our Experience Whole – Transition to an Online Community

Making Our Experience Whole – Transition to an Online Community is a 6-hour recorded event and is Part 2 of a 3-Part Series. It is an experiential playshop designed to explore our modalities and co-dependence, and to develop of our Autonomy. Repression of sensations, feelings, emotions and thoughts creates defensive distortions and establishes our level of defensive reactiveness to others. This is why it is critical to clear out any repression, not only because we do not want our partner to use these weaknesses to hurt us, but because open (un-repressed) expression increases our mutual capacity to creatively contribute. The truth of one partner may be disturbing in a co-dependent relationship. Conscious individuals connect creatively and always embrace their partner’s truth, or at least consider it. Even a co-dependent partner (with their reactions) coupled with a more conscious partner will learn not to personalize their experiences. When we communicate with someone based on internal imbalances, we end up seeking their affirmation, acknowledgement and acceptance because of the problems we are personally experiencing. We want and expect them to fix us, or at least be supportive. This creates co-dependent chaos, where our need for our partner’s attention becomes increasingly frustrated by their need for our attention. When we share this experience in the common relationship space our partners have a choice about how much they invest in helping to clarify our circumstances or whether there are other opportunities for growth that are larger. Classes may be purchased as a series or individually and includes Pdfs of the class slides, and video and audio recordings. With Larry Byram and Sandy Jaquith.

Bridging Social Distancing Part 3: Mutual Respect, Esteem and Love

Mutual Respect, Esteem and Love is a 4-hour recorded event and is Part 3 of a 3-part series. Creative connections work best without effort. In the Common Neutral Ground, we build trust, unity and love for each other by following certain guidelines and rules. These rules help maintain a state of harmlessness and keep us from falling into inequality, success traps or beauty traps where external influences re-define our priorities. This class focuses on the practices that regenerate the Common Neutral Ground so that it is a constantly growing and deepening experience. We point out how to neutralize seven types of imbalances on both creative and personal levels. While the previous course focused on experiential wholeness, this class will explore experiential balance and equality. Classes may be purchased as a series or individually and include Pdfs of the class slides, and video and audio recordings. With Larry Byram and Sandy Jaquith.

Are you done with making the same choices that do not change the outcome? It is communication-fluidity on these levels, combined with common creative expressions that define our degree of natural alignment and compatibility. Join us in this exploration of what makes us successful in relationships! ***Scholarships and financial support available: Contact Sandy at higeralignment@gmail.com. ***
